Ira is already a veteran in customer service, with ten years of experience under her belt. She has worked on addressing complaints, giving technical support, managing escalations, and coaching other customer service representatives. Given her background, she has excellent communication skills and can easily explain herself well. Ira graduated with a degree in Mass Communications.
