What was the candidate’s background prior to being hired?

Just like what the client is looking for, he has years of bookkeeping experience, and has worked as an accounting team leader for clients in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. He has supervised multiple accounting teams, working with them to fulfill bookkeeping services. This includes daily and monthly processing of bank reconciliation, processing of AP and AR, and monthly closing of books. His experience in taxation and FS reporting would be a great plus to his new role as CFO.
