Hope has worked for a financial corporation as a Customer Success Manager and has been in customer service for six years. She has assisted customers with credit line increases and decreases, inquiries, disputes, and account education. Aside from customer service, Hope has also worked as an Executive Assistant, equipping her with admin and communications skills that our hiring client was looking for.
