Before she was recruited by Shepherd, Rissa worked as a Junior Financial Analyst for three years. She has done financial status reports, analysis, and project management reports. Rissa graduated with a degree in Business Management and Financial Management, and her previous boss described her as hardworking and inquisitive– traits that are needed for this position.
