The client is an e-commerce conversion agency in North America that helps businesses scale their e-commerce operations. They provide sales and marketing optimization services such as e-mail marketing, paid search marketing, and social marketing.
Since they are a full-service agency, they needed a multimedia designer who can create ads for their clients as they ramp up their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. They were also looking for a designer who is comfortable with the integrations they offer to create great creatives. At Shepherd, they were able to hire multimedia designer Ray Christian Pilar who fits the role.
Ray now works full-time in the client’s time zone for $850/month.
Ray also created videos at his previous work. Like what the client was looking for, he is skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. He left his previous company when they were asked to report back on site—something he was not comfortable with since there is still a pandemic. Thankfully, the timing worked out and he found new work where he can share his skills while working remotely.
