The client is an online quiz platform providing personalized virtual team activities. Their vision is to bring teams closer wherever in the world they may be. Some of the largest global companies use their platform to engage their employees and foster team culture even without seeing each other.
They were looking for a tech savvy customer support specialist. Since people from all over the world use their platform to interact with each other, they needed someone who likes working closely with customers especially in tough situations. Someone who can ensure that customers are happy and love them. At Shepherd, we were able to hire Marc Erick for the role.
As a customer support specialist, his daily responsibilities include:
Apply your knowledge to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
Maki now works full-time in the client’s time zone for $1,000/month.
