After you send in an inquiry, a project manager will get in touch to iron out the details of the role and help you create a job description.

After we work out the details of the job description, we’ll start the search. We’ll collect a small deposit at the beginning of the project, but that’s fully refundable.
Our team of professional talent scouts and assessors will then search for candidates who might be a good fit for the role. Aside from actively headhunting possible candidates, our team also sources candidates from our exclusive talent database, which we regularly update.
From there, each candidate will go through a rigorous screening process.
Successful candidates will be shortlisted and presented to you.
To get to know the candidates better, you’ll have the opportunity to set up 1:1 interviews with each of them. You can use this opportunity to know each candidate beyond their resumes and to personally see if they’d be a great fit for your company.
The last step is for you to pick the best candidate for the job. If you end up liking all shortlisted candidates, you’re free to hire all of them as well.
After you make your choice, we’ll hand the relationship over to you. Your new remote employee will work directly with your company. Without a middleman getting in the way, you’ll have total freedom on how to onboard, train, and integrate your assistants into your team.
